-: Voltage Regulation :-
The ratio of difference of secondary terminal voltage from no load to full load is called voltage regulation .
In other words , the voltage regulation is the percentage of voltage difference between no load and full load voltage of transformer with respect to its full load .
i.e.
% Voltage Regulation = [ ( E₂ - V₂ )/E₂ ] *100
Importance of Voltage Regulation :-
The limits of voltage variation are specified in terms of voltage regulation .
Hence , voltage variation is used to find the limit of voltage variation .
